Due to the success of our organization, we are hiring a Digital Enrollment Coordinator!
The Digital Sales & Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Digital Sales & Team Reps with follow up to existing physician offices or new customers that the Digital Sales & Enrollment Reps has spoken to and started new orders for but have not yet converted the order for shipping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provides daily support to the Digital Sales & Enrollment Representatives with key process follow up items to help take a customer from new order to new customer (by helping to support the order shipment process].
Monitors key process steps in a Reps Order Bank, working closely with Team Lead to follow up on selected processes.
Understands the journey of a DTC customer from being a new lead through the process to ship, to best support reps on key steps in that lead to order ship process.
Maintains appropriate level of communication and confidentiality.
Manges their workload with great attention to details and professionalism.
Performs follow up calls to doctors’ offices and customers with confidence and compassion.
Must have a good attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask.
Must have good verbal communications skills.
This position requires a person on the phone a majority of their work day.
Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time with or without notice.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous work experience with customer service, delivering presentations, and/or working with the public in some aspect.
Previous sales experience or call center experience a plus.

COMPENSATION:
This position can be part time or full time, depending on the candidate's needs. Hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00.
